zisla v0.1.4

Highlights

  • Adds a configurable screenshot workspace with region, window, and full-screen capture; annotation, pinning, scrolling capture, and image/table export workflows.
  • Adds the macOS Background Sounds catalog, asset download, playback lifecycle, and Settings integration.
  • Extends the AI workspace with ZCode activity detection, DeepSeek and ZCode identities, CLI management improvements, and more reliable status refreshes.
  • Improves voice input with system-dictation handling, configurable lexicons, and optional structured transcript formatting.
  • Makes development, ad-hoc, and release signing modes explicit and adds targeted regression coverage.

Compatibility

  • Requires macOS 14 or later.
  • Includes separate arm64, x86_64, and universal packages. Choose the architecture-specific package when appropriate; the universal package contains both architectures.
  • Package signing, Mach-O architecture, version metadata, ZIP checksums, and DMG installation layouts were validated on macOS 27.0. Full runtime behavior was not re-tested on every supported macOS release or hardware model.

Installation and distribution

  • Quit every running zisla process before installation. Open the DMG, drag zisla.app to Applications, and replace the previous copy.
  • These packages use a free anonymous ad-hoc signature and are not notarized. They contain no personal signing identity or Apple Team ID. On first launch, macOS may require System Settings > Privacy & Security > Open Anyway. Replacing an ad-hoc build may require granting system permissions again.
  • WeatherKit is unavailable in this free build; China Weather alerts remain available in mainland China.
  • The in-app updater only downloads the selected DMG. It never mounts, installs, replaces, restarts, or downgrades the app automatically.

Release channel

This is the stable Release build 10, configured to check the Release channel automatically.

Verification

Each architecture ZIP has a matching .sha256 file. Verify the checksum before installation when downloading manually.
