Warper v0.1.1

This update fixes Warper's "start with Windows" feature and optimizes resource usage.

What was wrong

• If you turned on "start with Windows," Warper could ask for administrator permission or silently fail to start at login.
• the gui eats usage resource even when it's hidden on tray

What is fixed

• Reduced usage resources significantly by unloading the gui completely while still keeping the important background processes
• Warper now starts automatically at login with no extra popups or permission prompts.
• If you move the Warper app file to a new folder, it finds the new location on its own instead of breaking the startup entry.
• Your settings are now saved reliably even if the app file was renamed or moved while running.

Requirements

• Windows + Cloudflare WARP installed (official download)
• Admin rights - connect/reset steps prompt for elevation and for the clean up script
• Settings stored next to the exe when writable, else in app data folder
