Support overriding for workspace history item name using metatada.label option:

require('mini-workspaces').save_workspace(nil, {
  metadata = {
    label = 'custom workspace name',
  }
})

This can be useful in combination with worktrees.lua to append parent directory name to history entry (see usage in README.md)
