DOMPurify 3.4.17

npm audit flagged 3.4.15 as critical. Its advisories need modes this app
does not use (IN_PLACE, SAFE_FOR_TEMPLATES, the XHTML parser, hooks that
remove nodes): answers are cleaned with the default sanitize() and one
hook that only edits attributes. A patch release, taken before 1.3.0 so
the release ships with no audit findings.
