The following features can be turned on/off at will:

Use RMB to rotate camera (original right click functionality is now SomeKey (Shift by default) + RMB instead)
- It's possible to still allow middle mouse click to rotate camera
Pick an End Turn hotkey separate from Pause Game
- Optionally use that hotkey for pause too
Pick a Speed Up Turn hotkey separate from end turn
