Improved Game Tweaks System

• Unified Tweak Engine - Game launcher now uses the same optimized tweak system as xZenith Boost
• Reliable Tweaks - All tweaks are properly applied and reverted using battle-tested gameboost functions
• Better Profiles - Preset profiles (Competitive FPS, Balanced, Streaming, Minimal) use proven tweak IDs

🐛 Bug Fixes

• Fixed apply_game_tweaks invalid args error (field name casing mismatch)
• Fixed tweak application failures when launching games
