Catacombs v1.0.0 release!

The underground catacombs map has finally been finished in a presentable state.

• Now contains lights.
• Textures are now applied throughout the map.
• The rocket launcher and rocket ammo has been added.
• The staircases in the chapel have changed to a spiral staircase.
• Some pickup items have been removed or placed in other areas of the map.
