Rumble Mod Manager v1.4.3-alpha

Wow. it's been a while, huh?
Last update was January 18th, and here we are, well into March. Time flies when you're, uh... not updating your mod manager, I guess.

Anyway — v1.4.3 has finally arrived!
This is a chunky bugfix update, mostly designed to iron out the oddities and put out fires that I may or may not have started myself.

🔧 Changes

• HOPEFULLY FINALLY FIXED the automatic updater!
  (The solution is incredibly scuffed 😎)
• Fixed manually introduced mods being removed when loading a profile
  (sorry 'bout that, they didn't deserve it)
• CheckForModsUpdate() no longer takes naps
• The update system and "Show Mod on Thunderstore" button are both functional again. I believe?
• Some other small bugs were squished — I don't remember what they were, but they're dead now. Probably.

It is not a flashy update, but if something was acting up, there is a good chance it is working now.
