Bug-fix patch.

Fixed

  • Favorites migration on 1.7.x upgrade no longer adds apps you never set.
    Plasma seeds a new launcher's KActivities namespace with Kickoff-style
    defaults (Konsole, Discover, Settings); 1.8.0 / 1.8.1 was unioning those
    with your 1.7.x list. If you were already affected, remove the unwanted
    entries via right-click once after updating — they will stay removed.

  • Search highlight no longer jumps to the row under the mouse while the
    list is scrolling, while results are populating, or when you click. The
    top match stays selected as you type, and Enter launches what's actually
    highlighted. (#140)
