Change from 'click' to 'action' payload keys.

Thank you for the update @htvekov. Just for curiosity, the click payload key still exists, right? The only thing is that is deprecated and it will one day be removed, correct?

Click payloads are not deprecated yet, but better move them now before they're deprecated, right ?
Do you want a 'standard' text about which action payload key to use (z2m) and the advise to add legacy: false for all 'old' click devices to keep zigbee chatter to a minimum ?

Hi @htvekov,

Sorry, I just saw this now that I am working on the release notes. It is fine, no need to advise on that, I already placed something related to it in the FAQ. I am guessing this legacy: false will become by default in future Zigbee2MQTT releases, so it is okay.
