Patch release fixing Docker workflow disk space issues

  • Build Docker images sequentially to avoid disk space conflicts
  • Enhanced disk cleanup to free ~14GB before builds
  • Separate build cache scopes per image variant
  • Clean up Docker resources after each build

This should resolve the disk space failures that prevented publishing of EasyOCR, PaddleOCR, GMFT, and All variants in previous releases.
