• Collapsible changed-file tree: in the commit detail, the changed-file tree's folders were hardcoded open with an inert chevron (looked collapsible but wasn't). Folders are now click-collapsible; expanded by default and reset to fully expanded when the selected commit changes. Folder rows are keyboard-operable (Tab to focus, Enter/Space to toggle).
• Centered "all branches": the "all branches" header at the top of the branch column is now center-aligned.

Adds a change summary to the Git-overview commit detail.

• Change summary row: after selecting a commit, the right-pane detail shows the commit's changed-file count and +added / −deleted lines above the file tree, separated from the file list by a divider.
• Convention: line counts are bound to the changed-file list — binary files count as files but contribute no lines; a clean merge (empty file list) reports zero, consistent with the file tree.
• Counts come from a local git show --numstat run in parallel with the existing commands and cached, fetched only on commit selection — no perceptible impact on panel performance.

• Push / Publish: when strictly ahead (ahead>0 and behind===0), the status bar now shows a Push button (plain git push, never --force, with an outgoing-range preview); a branch with no upstream gets a Publish button (git push -u <remote> HEAD, double-confirm). Neither is offered when diverged. The remote name is validated via isSafeRemoteName and credentials are scrubbed from push error messages.
• Sync-check hint: the "check sync" button now carries a hover tooltip explaining what it does.
• Faster tooltips: the status bar and version bar use a shared fast custom tooltip (~140ms, replacing the native ~500ms delay); shortened the Chinese action labels.
• Star invite: the top star link uses the fast tooltip and adds a friendly star-us invitation.

• parseRefs 按 refs/heads|remotes|tags 正确分类，斜杠本地分支（如 feat/x）不再被误判为远程 ref 标签。
• 提交历史图：tip 提交圆点上方不再残留悬空半线。

内部

• 状态栏渲染拆分到 overview-statusbar.tsx，清理冗余 i18n 文案与导出。

兼容性：无破坏性改动，无新增第三方依赖。

New: Git overview left-column status bar

• A persistent status bar: remote repository link (icon shown only for GitHub projects, opens the repo home in a new tab; embedded credentials are stripped from the URL).
• Branch sync state (synced / ahead / behind / diverged / no upstream) + a Check sync button (git fetch --all --prune, feeds a fresh snapshot back to refresh ahead/behind).
• A Pull button appears only when strictly behind (behind > 0 and ahead = 0): a git pull --ff-only fast-forward, with a confirm dialog previewing the incoming commits / files / ± lines (all computed locally, no network). No merge commit, uncommitted work untouched.
• GIT_TERMINAL_PROMPT=0 on network commands so credential/host-key prompts fail fast instead of hanging.
• Branch-list rows gained a selection background.

Fixes

• parseRefs classifies by refs/heads|remotes|tags; a slashed local branch (e.g. feat/x) is no longer misclassified as a remote ref chip.
• Commit graph: no dangling half-line above a tip commit's node.

Internal

• Status bar extracted into overview-statusbar.tsx; dead i18n strings and a stray export removed.

No breaking changes, no new third-party dependencies.

What's changed

• Commit operations (in the Overview commit detail): create/delete tags (lightweight or annotated), stash the current changes and apply/pop/drop, revert a commit, and reset to a commit (soft/mixed/hard; hard reset lists the changes it will discard and needs an extra confirmation). Every write goes through a confirmation dialog with a persistent "trust AI" hint.
• Commit history graph: fixed the lane routing and coloring (one color per lane, main line pinned leftmost); added a line-style toggle — parallel (VSCode-like, default) / compact (git log style).
• Large repositories: the Changes list is row-virtualized, and stats degrade gracefully above thousands of changes so the panel stays responsive (issue #16).
• Details: commit-detail tags on their own row, hover card shows the commit time; README clarifies that tag/revert/reset are local-only and not pushed to the remote.

Verification

• npm run check is green: typecheck, 183 unit tests, 3 e2e, and lib/ in sync with source. No dependency changes; version 1.3.0 → 1.4.0.

• 文件浏览状态保留：同一窗口内返回时，已展开的目录、目录列表、选中文件及其预览内容、Markdown/HTML 渲染模式一并恢复；加载中的预览会在恢复时自动重新拉取，避免空白。

• 当前不在 git 目录：静默退化为文件浏览。
