BL3 ProtoGibbed

This save editor has been modified by ProtoBuffers to include the following:

Unlocked Raw Tab
Save/Load BL3-CLI json and PS4 save wizard advanced mode exports (load as JSON SAVE)
New UI resembling the zakism save editor with lootlemon support.

To save to PS4 Save Wizard make sure to set your platform to PS4 before you click save as. When saving go to the bottom where it says "save as type" and set it to JSON before saving!
