Automated build.

• Android .apk is signed with the Expo debug keystore. Fine for
  sideloading, not accepted by the Play Store.
• iOS .ipa is unsigned. Install it with a tool that re-signs on
  install (AltStore, Sideloadly), or resign it yourself. It will not
  install by double-clicking.

These are plain release builds: they carry their own JavaScript bundle
and do not need a Metro server.
