• Added option to edit a rule in-place by typing /mm edit <rulesetID>. Pressing Enter after this will insert the ruleset rulesetID into the chatbox for editing.
• Added option to clone a ruleset into a new entry - /mm clone <rulesetID>
• Updated help text to reflect new functions
