VCam v1.0.0: Phone camera control for Minecraft

Control Minecraft using your phone: gyro, touch, and joystick for full camera override, with live screen stream.

What's inside

• vcam.exe (~7 MB) — Portable Windows launcher. Downloads go2rtc + ffmpeg, generates a TLS cert, serves the web UI over HTTPS. Single binary, zero dependencies.
• vcam-mod-1.0.0+mc1.21.1.jar — Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.21.1. Listens on WSS port 4322 for gyro / joystick / touch input.

How it works

1. Run vcam.exe on your PC
2. Open https://<YOUR_IP>:4321/ on your phone
3. Press START TRACKING in the Web UI and V on Minecraft to enable camera override
4. Move your phone to look around, swipe the right side for quick turns, use the joystick to dolly
