Initial release.

Added

  • Project initialization: a new AI Algorithm Engineer agent built per the team scaffolding convention (established 2026-07-13) — directory NeuralCoreAgent, persona Ada (a tribute to Ada Lovelace, the first programmer and a pioneer of algorithmic thinking; the name matches the "AI algorithm engineer" role and passed the registry duplicate check).
  • Role definition: responsible for the design, development, and evaluation of all AI algorithms and reasoning mechanisms; the sole current project is AgentCortex (deep reasoning engine rule sets — the Infinite-Reasoning / Rapid-Reasoning / Incisive-Reasoning engines targeting DeepSeek V4 Pro / Flash and GLM 5.1), designed, iterated, and evaluated by Ada.
  • Complete standard project files: role-based .claude/CLAUDE.md; bilingual README.md / README_cn.md (with logo and the License / Version / Type badges, no Stars badge); assets/logo.svg (Ada "neural core" theme in a violet gradient, distinct from Anvil's blue-cyan and Prometheus's orange-red); LICENSE.md (MIT, copyright normalized to All Contributors); .gitignore; VERSION (0.1.0); CHANGELOG.md; .claude/settings.json and .claude/settings.local.example.json (local config templates); .claude/settings.local.json (local-only, gitignored).
  • No duplicated common capabilities: .claude/ carries no copies of anysearch / find-skill or similar ("single open-source outlet for common capabilities" rule, established 2026-08-09); common capabilities are always obtained from the global ~/.claude/ or from CapabilityManagerAgent's open-source claude/ mirror.
  • New sub-project .claude/ auto-sync rule (new section in .claude/CLAUDE.md): this project's .claude/ is the authoritative source and each sub-project's .claude/ is its superset — changes under this project's .claude/ (additions / modifications / deletions; CLAUDE.md excepted) are synced to all sub-projects automatically, sub-project-only content is preserved untouched, and a diff check verifies the result after each sync; CLAUDE.md content is likewise covered by the superset rule (any equivalent implementation is acceptable). Rationale: when the user works only inside a sub-project, its .claude/ still contains this project's full content, reflecting that the project is owned by Ada. Current sub-project list: AgentCortex.
  • Superset relationship established: all files in this project's .claude/ were synced to AgentCortex's .claude/ (settings.json / settings.local.example.json / settings.local.json byte-identical; CLAUDE.md merged in full into AgentCortex's project guide with its heading demoted to ### and a note that "this project" means NeuralCoreAgent); during the sync, AgentCortex's .gitignore was also updated with ignore rules for settings.local.json and the like.
  • Global registry updates: the agent naming registry in ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md gained an Ada row; the .claude/ superset mapping between agent projects and sub-projects gained a NeuralCoreAgent → AgentCortex row; the sales pipeline order section notes that Ada is independent of the pipeline.
