Adaptive version policy: untested versions patch when anchors match, skip with a reason otherwise; strict option restores exact-version-only apply.
Patch application never throws during module loading; one drifted copy never blocks the others.
Restore remains strictly version-guarded; atomic temp-rename writes.
Chinese README (README.zh.md) added.
