fix(bamboo): 升级 messages SDK 至 v1.0.10

原因: Anthropic tool_result 缺失 name 时 Gemini functionResponse 报缺少函数名；Gemini safetySettings 与 cachedContent 误放入 generationConfig 导致 protobuf Unknown name 报错，且 UserID/Metadata 误注入不存在的 labels 字段
内容: 依赖升级至 bamboo-messages v1.0.10
影响: 修复跨协议工具响应名回填，消除 Gemini 原生 API 参数结构校验报错
