Love Letter System Guide

The Love Letter System adds a secret, romantic communication channel between players. You can write a heartfelt letter, hide it inside any item, and the intended recipient will be the only one who can retrieve it when they use that item. The item's appearance remains completely unchanged—no one else will ever know a letter is hidden inside.
Recipient can extract the letter upon item use.
After reply, the original sender can also extract it.
All reply data is preserved through hide/extract cycles.
Q: Can any item hide a love letter?
A: Yes. Any item that can be held in the main hand can host a hidden letter.
Q: Can I see if an item has a letter hidden inside?
A: No. The host item's appearance, name, and tooltip do not change at all. It is completely undetectable.
Q: What if the recipient never uses the item?
A: The letter remains hidden forever. No one else can retrieve it.
Q: Can I hide multiple letters in the same item?
A: No. Each host item can contain only one hidden letter.
Q: Does the recipient know which item has the letter?
A: Only if you tell them! That's the beauty of the system—you need to communicate outside the game to let them know which item to use.
Q: Can I reply if the sender is offline?
A: Yes, you can write the reply. Affection will be granted when both players are online at the same time.
Q: Can I read my old letters again?
A: Yes. Right-click a love letter item in your inventory to re-read it at any time.
Q: Does the letter disappear after being read?
A: No. The letter remains as an item in your inventory. You can keep it as a memento.
