Documentation update: clarify the bilingual command-palette handoff. Open a Markdown note or Canvas, run the command, review the Claudian Plus conversation, and press Enter to generate a separate Canvas from the current note.

- Removed filesystem scanning outside the vault; the optional Codex Skill is now managed separately in Codex.
- Replaced :has() and !important styling with scoped image-node tagging and stronger selectors.
- Preserved the vintage light/dark palettes, handwritten connection labels, and transparent torn-note rendering.
- Added mobile compatibility, contribution guidance, and stricter release verification.
Verified with clean-install reproducible builds, ESLint, TypeScript, npm audit (0 vulnerabilities), and visual QA in Obsidian 1.13.4.
