Cloaksession v1.1.1

更新内容

• 修复 CloakBrowser 存储配额启动参数的单位：直接传入字节，不再除以 1,000,000，也不再设置隐式下限。默认 2 GB 对应 2,000,000,000 字节，界面显示 2000 MB。
• 保留用户设置的正数配额；留空或设为零时不传 quota 参数，由浏览器内核使用默认值。
• 补充默认值、自定义值、空值和零值的启动参数回归测试，并加入三平台发布工作流。
• 完善 README，补充 Windows 安装与开发、浏览器内核配置、数据备份、MCP 连接、测试命令及已知限制。
• 新增 Apache-2.0 LICENSE，统一 Rust workspace 和前端包的许可证声明。

安装包不包含 CloakBrowser / Chrome for Testing 浏览器内核；请自行准备内核，并在 Settings 中设置匹配的引擎和可执行文件路径。存储配额是浏览器指纹配置，不是 Profile 目录的磁盘占用上限，也不会预分配 2 GB 空间。现有 Profile 的自定义配额不会被重置。
