- Keep Claude sessions in terminal mode on both launch and resume, preventing renderer flips and in-flight agent restarts.
- Prevent stream-driver snapshot frames from leaking into xterm as raw JSON when reopening new sessions.
- Treat a live Berth-launched session with no on-disk history as empty history instead of returning a 404 error.
- Document the nested-agent environment-variable pitfall that can stop Claude/Coco sessions from writing transcripts during development.
