Minco 1.1.0 publishes the complete 33-crate lock-step family from immutable tag v1.1.0.

Highlights

  • Adds eight version-matched Agent Skills plus cargo minco agent plan, digest-bound sync, read-only doctor, bounded context, and cross-client eval workflows for Codex and Claude Code.
  • Adds application-mode AGENTS.md generation and an optional managed Claude bridge while preserving project-owned instructions and explicit mutation authority.
  • Ships the realtime plugin, Vapor-inspired application/deployment lifecycle, ProjectView, local MCP, Workbench, DynamoDB adapter, and versioned documentation together in the coordinated release.
  • Advances the official plugin compatibility range to ^1.1.0 without changing descriptor schema or capability versions.

This is an additive post-1.0 minor release. Existing 1.0 application APIs, plugin descriptors, deployment contracts, and the read-only MCP catalog remain compatible.

Install the CLI with:

cargo +1.97.1 install cargo-minco --version 1.1.0 --locked

Publication completed through short-lived crates.io trusted publishing, and independent registry validation found all 33 exact 1.1.0 packages present and non-yanked.
