Human-friendly product CLI: query scope header + lean hit lines + --verbose,
vane read <n> over last-TTY-query cache, human-readable status dashboard,
add summary + progress bar, bare-vane three-branch dispatch + grouped --help,
mcp install also installs agent skill, zh TTY rendering, vane watch.

Plus: i18n hard-rule fix (English on non-TTY init pipe path),
daemon_index flake fix (condition-wait for reconcile), grouped-help guard test.

vane-core unchanged; no new dependencies. Workspace gate: 727 passed / 0 failed.
