RxyCode v1.2.10 — Desktop GUI

本版发布桌面 GUI：rxycode gui 打开 Electron 应用，带 Codex 风格计划模式、常驻目标、计划卡片（实施 / 补充说明 / 跳过）和 Composer + 菜单。默认 CLI 不变：在 cmd（或任意终端）里输入 rxycode 就是 OpenTUI。

2026-08-18 同版本重发：修复便携 zip 定位、捆绑 rxycode 写死 CI 路径、以及 rxycode --api 把文件写进安装包的问题。请重新下载本页资产；旧包不要继续用。
