What's new in 0.14.4

  • Turn plugin findings into reviewable rules. Plugin findings can now suggest normal Flowlight rules as inert actions next to guardrail suggestions, so a user can save an inspected rule through the existing Rules system instead of giving plugins a direct enforcement path.
  • Gate enforcement suggestions by manifest permission. Installed JavaScript can return rule or guardrail suggestions only when the plugin declares the suggestGuardrail capability and permission; otherwise the finding stays advisory-only.
  • Document the rule suggestion contract. The inspection plugin template, validator and public plugin docs now cover suggestedRule fields, bounded validation, and the unchanged fail-open runtime boundary.
