CasinoTables 1.0.2

Hand histories no longer freeze in whichever language was active when they were recorded. Reasons are stored as a message key plus arguments and rendered on read, so changing language: in config.yml re-renders the whole archive instead of leaving a half-and-half list. Records written by 1.0.0 or 1.0.1 keep displaying exactly as before.

Everything from 1.0.1 is included: the leaf-decay fix, the localisation defects found by auditing the text extraction, and the corrected rake on pots that were never called.

Requirements - Paper 1.21-26.2 or Purpur (not Spigot, not Folia), the Vault API plus an economy plugin, Java 21+.

Tested - this exact jar booted cleanly, with no plugin errors, on all 14 Paper versions in range: 1.21, 1.21.1, 1.21.3-1.21.11, 26.1.1, 26.1.2, 26.2. Paper never published builds for 1.21.2 or 26.1.
