Installation
Download continuity-director-v0.8.21.zip, extract the included ComfyUI-ContinuityDirector folder into ComfyUI/custom_nodes, and restart ComfyUI.
Upgrade
Replace the existing plugin folder with the release package or run git pull in a Git installation. Keep a copy of production workflows before upgrading.
Known limitations
- This remains a maintained preview release.
- Automated CI does not replace clean Windows and real ComfyUI installation testing.
- Continuity Director structures production state and decisions; it does not guarantee pixel-perfect character identity.
- External models, ComfyUI versions, third-party nodes, and operating systems remain separate compatibility boundaries.
Compatibility reports are welcome through the structured GitHub Issue forms.
