codeg v0.33.0-rc.2

chore(release): rehearse 0.33.0-rc.2 from the computer-use branch

A release candidate built from task/227 (PR #870) before it is merged.
Since rc.1: on Windows codeg-server installs into a folder of its own,
apart from the desktop app's, and each installer stops only its own
processes; computer use runs cua-driver 0.32.0, adapted to its element
tokens and its one snapshot per window. It is not on main and is not
meant for general use.

发布流水线预演：电脑操作分支（task/227，PR #870）合入前构建的候选版本。相对 rc.1：Windows 上 codeg-server 装到自己的目录，不再和桌面版共用，两边的安装器只结束自己的进程；电脑操作改用 cua-driver 0.32.0，适配了它的元素令牌和每个窗口只留一个快照的新模型。不在 main 上，不供日常使用。
