v0.7.0「切完自检、随叫随剪」/ "Self-check every cut, clip on call"

这版做两件事:让 HotClip 自己检查自己切的片,并把整条本地管线交给任何 Coding Agent 随叫随用。

🔍 出片自我质检(render QA)——"干了什么"有回执,"干得好不好"有报告

  • 每条成片渲染后自动解码复扫:黑屏、长静音、响度偏离 -14 LUFS、真峰值超标、时长偏差逐项核对
  • 切点复核:每个切点(含跳剪每一刀)对照逐字稿复查是否压在词中间——半词风险直接点名
  • 报告写进 clips.json 的 qa 字段(pass/warn + 中文告警清单),MCP / CLI 出片回执同步带质检摘要,只需复核告警条,不用逐条回放
  • 每个切点 30ms 音频淡化:跳剪拼缝、高潮前置硬切、合集衔接不再「咔哒」爆音

🤖 随叫随剪:Headless CLI + 官方 Agent Skill

  • Headless CLI:pnpm cli transcribe / highlights / clip——不开桌面端,终端、脚本、Agent 直接驱动同一条本地管线,产物与桌面端完全一致
  • 官方 Agent Skill(skills/hotclip):README 里一段话粘给 Claude Code / Codex,Agent 自己完成安装;之后「把这个 4 小时录播切 10 条爆点」就是完整交付
  • 模型 / 转写缓存 / 热词词表在桌面、CLI、MCP 三边共享,下载一次到处能用

本地处理、素材不出电脑;真免费、无水印、不限时长;每个 AI 决定可见、可改、可推翻——现在连「AI 干得好不好」也有机器可核对的报告。

Two things in this release: HotClip now checks its own cuts, and the whole local pipeline is on call for any coding agent.

🔍 Render QA — a receipt said what the AI did; now a report says how well

  • Every exported clip gets an automatic decode re-scan: black frames, long silences, loudness deviation from -14 LUFS, true-peak ceiling, duration mismatch
  • Cut-point re-check: every cut (including each jump-cut splice) is verified against the word-level transcript — mid-word cuts are called out by name
  • The report lands in clips.json under qa (pass/warn + issue list); MCP / CLI results carry the QA summary, so you only review the flagged clips instead of re-watching everything
  • 30ms audio fades at every cut: no more clicks at jump-cut splices, cold-open seams or compilation joints

🤖 Clip on call: headless CLI + official agent skill

  • Headless CLI: pnpm cli transcribe / highlights / clip — drive the exact same local pipeline from a terminal, script or agent, no desktop app needed
  • Official agent skill (skills/hotclip): paste one prompt from the README into Claude Code / Codex and the agent installs everything itself; from then on "turn this 4-hour VOD into 10 highlight shorts" is a full delivery
  • Models / transcript cache / hotword glossary are shared across desktop, CLI and MCP — download once, use everywhere

🎬 More output shapes

  • One-click compilation: stream-copy splice of your clips in timeline order (lossless, seconds), with YouTube/Bilibili chapter timestamps
  • Cold-open hook splicing: the hottest hook line gets cut into a mini-clip and spliced to the front — peak moment in the first 3 seconds
  • Dual-aspect export: vertical + landscape original-aspect in one run (vertical for TikTok/抖音, landscape for YouTube/B站)
  • Product mode for live-selling replays: conversion-ranked demo / selling-point / price segments with deterministic 🛒 keyword tagging
  • Audiogram: audio-only sources (podcasts) get auto-composed dark-background waveform visuals with captions burned in as usual
