Matched Harness + Plugin source snapshot for Chat without a Workspace and Coding with an explicit Workspace. Includes the native composer mode entry, per-request model identity, Chat web_search boundary, history/draft preservation, and source-only setup/build/start instructions.

Verified: clean project dependency installation, full paired build, plugin tests, 161 targeted Harness tests, real Edge Chat identity/tool projection and Coding read/write smoke. Final source/index scanning was reviewed for credentials and private runtime data.

Experimental only. Full DSH repository Gate remains FAIL. P1F-C creation transaction defects remain unresolved. Configuration isolation is not an OS sandbox. Only the Windows validation described in VALIDATION.md is claimed. Do not install into a daily Desktop profile or use real projects for this preview.
