A patch release with one purpose: to put a line into a package README that only a published package can carry.

The official MCP Registry lists a server by name, and it proves that
whoever claims the name io.github.xkqg/matplotlibnet also owns the NuGet package behind it — by reading the
published package's README and looking for mcp-name: io.github.xkqg/matplotlibnet. 1.15.0 shipped before that
line existed, and no edit to the repository can reach a package already on the feed. Hence 1.15.1: the fourteen
package ids and the server manifest move together, the marker rides along in MatPlotLibNet.Mcp, and the registry
listing is dispatched against this version.

Nothing else changed: the diff against 1.15.0 is seventeen lines — a <Version> in fourteen project files, two
in the server manifest, and a CHANGELOG heading. No .cs file moved.
