What's Changed

Rebranding

• Full rename from Meetily to Meet4Specs across the entire codebase
• Updated app icons (Windows .ico and macOS .icns) with Meet4Specs branding
• Renamed recording directories from meetily-recordings/ to meet4specs-recordings/
• Updated all internal references: Tauri config, Cargo manifests, Docker scripts, workflows, and documentation

Build & Signing

• sign-windows.ps1 now fails hard when DIGICERT_KEYPAIR_ALIAS is missing — prevents silent distribution of unsigned binaries
• Added RFC3161 timestamping (http://timestamp.digicert.com) so signatures remain valid after certificate expiry
• Added post-build Authenticode verification step in CI — fails workflow before upload if any artifact is unsigned
• clean_build_windows.bat now compiles llama-helper sidecar before Tauri build with correct platform suffix
• Local builds gracefully skip signing; CI retains DigiCert signing via build-windows.yml

Infrastructure

• Added Changesets configuration for automated versioning
• Added CHANGELOG.md and appVersion.ts constant for centralized version management
• Updated pnpm-lock.yaml with new dependencies
• Added build-windows.yml and build.yml workflow improvements

Breaking Changes

• App name, internal identifiers, and directory structure changed from meetily to meet4specs
• Existing recordings data in meetily-recordings/ will need manual migration to meet4specs-recordings/
• Update custom scripts, environment variables, and local paths to use the new Meet4Specs names

Migration

1. Reinstall using the new Meet4Specs installer so shortcuts and icons are recreated
2. Migrate any existing recordings from meetily-recordings/ to meet4specs-recordings/
3. Update CI/CD automation to use new artifact names
