feat: add Accept All feature with full UI integration

- Add Accept All toggle checkbox in webview panel (App.tsx)
- Implement clickAcceptAllInDocument() in CDP inject script to auto-click 'Accept All' buttons
- Add acceptAll config setting with persistence via VS Code configuration
- Wire setAcceptAll/acceptAllSetting messages between webview and SidePanelProvider
- Track acceptAllClicks stats across all connected pages
- Show Accepts count in Statistics card (3-column grid: Retries, Accepts, Connections)
- Display accepts count in status bar text and tooltip
- Cache acceptAllClicks in AutoRetryService for real-time status bar updates
