- Add short aliases for flags: -b, -l, -deb, -dry, -lsa, -ptb, -test, -p, -doc, -pc, -upd
- Add 'help' as alias for --help
- Add '-cu' alias for --check-updates
- Fix PKGBUILD: add base_config installation to components/
- Fix PKGBUILD: fix infected_packages.txt destination path to components/
