Fixes

• Reconcile historical archivedSessionIds ghosts when loading /list.
• Ids present in workspace.json but missing from the on-disk session inventory are removed best-effort.
• Completes the v0.2.2 delete/purge cleanup for users who already had leftover ghosts.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add github:xohmai/dsh-session-delete#v0.2.3

Restart dsh web, then open 设置 → 归档会话 once to trigger reconcile.
