Popups show only what runs here
0.17.1 hid the ribbon icon of a menu with nothing to run on this device. This release finishes the story for mixed menus: the popup no longer shows rows you can't click.
Fixed
- A quick menu's popup now lists only the commands available on this device — missing ones are dropped instead of greyed, and a divider orphaned by the removal goes with them. Settings keeps the full list with its greyed "Not on this device" affordance, and hidden rows return automatically once their plugin is back.
