7.1.1: TLS/SSL protocol selection

• Supported specifying SSL/TLS protocol by using e.g. https+tlsv12://
  in the URLs. Workaround for CloudFlare raising "403 Forbidden" errors
  when OpenSSL negotiates the TLS version; see issue #51.
