Changed defaults

• New cache_expiry segment, on by default. After 5 idle minutes the prompt cache has expired, so it shows how much context the next turn will rewrite, e.g. ⏳ ~92k uncached · /clear to start fresh. It shows nothing otherwise.
• It needs "refreshInterval" in the statusLine block of ~/.copilot/settings.json, since Copilot CLI only refreshes the status line while idle when that is set.
• If your powerline.toml sets segments or compact_segments, add "cache_expiry" to see it. To turn it off, set [cache_expiry] enabled = false.
