Upgrading from 0.8.0

The cache_expiry segment is now a long-break reminder (#84). In [cache_expiry], ttl_seconds and hint are no longer read and are ignored if set. The reminder appears after idle_seconds (default 1800, 30 minutes) instead of 5 minutes. An old ttl_seconds is not carried over, because it was the cache lifetime and would bring back the 5-minute warning. Set show_tokens = true to show the context size again.
