How to Manually install & tune phpMyAdmin?

My OS is Ubuntu Linux. I have trouble with auto download&install of the subject. Assume that classic install PMA into the system via "apt install phpmyadmin" will not work properly because all the services was intalled & autotuned via FlyEnv & Homebrew. So, in the docs it is written: "You can also use the following database client: phpMyAdmin, Navicat, .....". But it isn't written how I can manually install & tune them into the all the others Homebrew-installed services. My working stack is: nginx+PHP+Mariadb. So, I downloaded PMA from off site in zip-archive. What should I do after? Thx for help.
P.S. Before starting this discussion I tried to find autoinstall script for PMA in FlyEnv soures, but failed with that :)

1. Download phpMyAdmin
2. Extract phpMyAdmin to the desktop
3. In FlyEnv, create a new site and select the phpMyAdmin extraction directory as the site directory
4. Start nginx, PHP, and MariaDB
5. In the FlyEnv site list, click the link of the newly created site to open phpMyAdmin.
