• consolidated/merged RET (Annex F) codebase, resulting in "dipiret" as the (edge/headend companion) server.
  Only actually joined multicasts get cached in a ring buffer (needs a mirror port),
  supports unicast and multicast RET.
• dipisds got additional optional args to properly accounce RET services.
• dipirec got optional client support for RET.

Note: i386 and armel packages don't contain dipiret.
