Fixes portable Tunnel client installation metadata and verifies both npm CLI entries.

  • New tool manifests store executable and archive paths relative to the managed installation root.
  • Existing absolute paths remain compatible only when they still point inside the verified installation root.
  • webcodex and webcodex-mcp are both installed and tested.
  • Use npm install -g webcodex-mcp@0.16.0-preview.17 for global commands, or npx webcodex after a local install.
