- Add link to FOSSA (license scanning tool) info - More spec review changes - "no"->"ignore" in flags. E.g. "?noepoch" -> "?ignoreepoch" - Ignore "patch" versions number in "specversion". But check suffix (e.g. -rc1) Signed-off-by: Doug Davis <duglin@gmail.com>
