• Terminal sidebar — new right-side activity bar inside Claude tabs, currently hosts the git toggle.
• Cost & context strip — Claude terminal headers now show live context % and total session cost when connected (toggleable).
• Session rows show context as a percent; settings headers in brand orange.

Git

• Branch picker — click the branch name in the git panel for a searchable dropdown to switch branches.
• Lazy git polling by default — only refreshes while the panel is open.

Settings

• Connect gets its own tab with a recommended-setup nudge.

Shells

• PowerShell 7 added as a preset.
