fix: tree detail for EXT/GEN with old+new OTel semconv + compact parents-first

  • extractSpanAttributes supports both old (http.method, db.statement) and new (http.request.method, db.query.text) OTel semantic convention keys
  • Tree node detail for GENERIC/EXTERNAL: no redundant Type/Service badges, shows HTTP/DB section + remaining attributes with rf.* noise filtered out
  • Compact lanes sort by depth ascending so parent suite bars always stay at top
