Consistent service colors across all UI components

All service color indicators now use the badge palette:

  • Service filter menu dots (app.js, live.js)
  • Tree left border bars on EXTERNAL/GENERIC rows
  • Descendant service dots

Previously each component used a different color variant (light/dark lane colors vs badge colors), causing the same service to appear as different shades across dots, badges, and borders.
