Swift 6 strict concurrency

• SystemdBus is Sendable end-to-end. Callers in any isolated context can now await its methods without Sendable diagnostics. SystemdTypeRepresentable refines Sendable, and ObjectPath and Signature are Sendable. (e1e5647)
• No strict-concurrency warnings in SystemdBus. The package still uses swift-tools 5.7; these were errors in the Swift 6 language mode. (17a40ac)

Source-breaking changes

• callMethod, getProperty, getProperties and callManagerMethod return (any Sendable)? instead of Any?, and take [any Sendable] instead of [Any] for fields. (e1e5647)
• The service-control wrappers (startUnit, stopUnit, reloadUnit, restartUnit, tryRestartUnit, reloadOrRestartUnit, reloadOrTryRestartUnit) return the job's ObjectPath? instead of Any?. (e1e5647)
