• Rewrite links to omitted documentation in packaged Markdown to the corresponding public release
  tag, preserving local checkout links, anchors and the existing artifact file set. Reject missing
  or escaping documentation targets before writing an artifact.
• Give just check one PASS/SKIP/FAIL summary, including optional real-Controller retirement and
  individual unit-test skip reasons. Failed or empty required test groups remain nonzero.
